I do not know about you, but I often give myself more goals than I can handle. It is like overfilling my plate because the food looks so good, and I think I can eat more than I actually can.

When I do that, I become frustrated, and I sometimes will not accomplish the goals. We should give it a new date and time.

It is alright to change your goals around should you have more than you can handle at this time. I now do that because I know I can not do everything simultaneously, and it is alright to set a new date. It is not okay to give up on your goals and dreams.
