Accept your achievements. Being humble and thankful is one thing but denying your achievements or thinking of them as a mistake is self-defeating. Learn to accept and even revel in your accomplishments.
A couple of weeks ago, a friend asked me to list the things I have done. It was quite a list.
Yesterday, I made a list of the things I like to do. Again, a nice size list. I realized this list tied together my top things I enjoy doing. I want to write more, teach, and give more speeches.
I do this through podcasting, motivational speaking, teach at workshops, and writing. Through these outlets, I can share my knowledge and experiences.
However, I realized yesterday that I have stories I have failed to share that could greatly benefit others. I have encouraged others to share their stories for the benefit of helping someone else who may be going through the same thing and need help to get out of their situation.
I shared my stories with individuals I was mentoring when they told me of the situation they were going through. Always as a suggestion of what I did and how it might be of help to them.
I know you are wondering what those stories are! I will share them but not all at once and not today. I need to pray on this because I will be opening myself up in a way I have never done before to a large group of people. To do this, I need to pray. Stay tuned and watch for my stories soon. Until next time, as always, please stay safe, and keep the faith.Β
