It is ok to Fight Against Aging

Getting older is a privilege denied to many- Mark Twain

When we are kids, we are anxious to become teenagers. But once we become teenagers, we can not wait to become adults. As young adults, we believe we have the world in our hands, and we are invincible. But then one morning, we wake up and realize we are not immortal.

The mirror, the aches, and our bones’ stiffness confirm that we are advancing in years. What happened? I do not feel a day older than, I will say, forty! Before COVID, I could still walk in three and four-inch high heels. I had better practice walking in them. It would be terrible to take a step in public, only to fall flat on my face.

Hard to believe a few years or months can take a toll on your balance. So much on that subject. I have an article to share on the fight against aging. Enjoy!
