Solve Problems More Effectively

Many times the source of anxiety or stress is due to unresolved problems at work. Making the extra effort to put your thoughts down on paper is a great way to help you solve problems through creativity and intuition. Taking a break from the fast-paced work environment is also an effective way to help you feel relax and find creative solutions to various problems.

When I worked in the corporate world, was put in charge of the travel. Because I discovered why the company spent so much money on flights, I connected with those airlines and got extended time to reuse some of those tickets because we were a non-profit company.

The company directors were so impressed, they put me in charge of all company travel. We had empoyees in thirteen states, so this would be no easy task. No one could any longer book their their flights. They now had to go through me. I required the employees email me exactly what they wanted so their would be no misunderstanding.

Next I color coded everything abouteach ticket from the time of purchase to its final use. Anytime I was asked about an employee traveling, I could give a detail report. We no longer lost money on tickets.

It was such a satisfying feeling. It all took place because I plotted it out and then implemented my plan. It relieved me of stress by helping me come up with a solution.
