The time is always right to do what is right.
– Martin Luther King Jr
My day has indeed been an exciting one. It began with being interviewed on the Sister to Sister Show, hosted by Trish Carr, co-founder of the Women’s Prosperity Network. If you would like to see the interview, you can watch it here, if it is still up, https://www.facebook.com/groups/WomensProsperityNetwork/.
The interview was about racism and how you handle it. It was not a beat-up on any race. It was a delightful and insightful conversation. If you missed it this morning, check it out now. Martin Luther King, Jr.’s was appropriate for our discussion today.
I pray that someday we will all look at one another and see the spirit inside, not the color or shape of the house outside.
I had a friend once, who by many standards, would say the individual was unattractive. The first time I meant this person, I thought the same thing. However, after a couple of weeks of being around this person, I no longer saw the person’s physical outside looks, I saw the spirit that lived inside, and that spirit was beautiful!
That is what I pray for all of us. Look for the spirit that lives within.
Later, I attended a mastermind goal-setting group meeting. It was different and informative. The host provided great information to each of us on the call. I will follow up on the information I received. I have to report back next month the outcome of the search.
Still, later, I had another meeting I attended. The guest speaker, Lisa Lieberman-Wang, was great, and she provided some great insights into handling your business.
When she called for questions, I asked her a question, and she was accommodating. She not only answered my question but provided examples of what she spoke to help me better understand her explanation. Others also asked questions.
Today, I learn much that will help me. As I implement those ideas and they work, I will share them with you.
Until next time, stay safe, and keep the faith.
