Outside the Window: What’s the weather outside your window doing right now? If that’s not inspiring, what’s the weather like somewhere you wish you could be?

I slept late this morning. For once, my morning was clear of any work needing my attention, except for housework. I was able to enjoy the pleasure of just lying there in my bed for an extra hour or two.

When I looked outside my window, I saw a blue sky sprinkled with clouds moving effortlessly across the sky. Some were fluffy like pillows and others appeared as white frosting spread smoothly across the powder blue sky. It was an inspirational view to see such beauty.

When I was a child, I used to lay on the grass and look to sky. I always saw people and animals, and occasionally, I could make out the shape of a building. I would imagine the people I saw in the clouds, were family and friends who had crossed to other side, and they were watching over me.

It was comforting to believe my grandparents were watching out for me. That is it for now. The prompt for tomorrow is below. Until next time, stay safe, and keep the faith.

Tomorrows Prompt:

One of my favorite October memories is wandering through a giant maze in a corn field as a child. Have you ever been in a maze? Write about it or write about what you imagine it would be like.
