Nourishing My Body in October

How will you nourish your spirit in October?

Alright. I am going to make this short. For the month of October, I am going to get more rest. By that I mean I will get more sleep and cut down committing myself to so many projects to support others and forgetting push my programs.

You might think that sounds a little selfish because I believe we are here to help each other. But sometimes, I forget my limitations. If I wear myself out, I will not be here to help anyone.

You must take care of yourself before you can help someone else, and I have been forgetting that.

I am starting a walking in place routine. I used to exercise every day. I believe that is the reason I am still in good health, but it could be better. And I am going to drink more water.

My goals may sound awfully easy, but trust me, they are not. I will work on:

  • More sleep
  • Exercise
  • Drink more water

There are other things I will work on, but these are the three I will concentrate on. So, until tomorrow, stay safe, and keep the faith.
