What are five of my life passions?
Some of you may have missed that October is journaling month, and I am writing to journal prompts. It is fun and not so fun.
When I respond to these prompts, I open myself up to whoever reads my blogs. At the same time, I feel a sense of satisfaction and enjoyment at sharing me with you.
I will continue the thirty-one days of prompts, but then I will go back to posting substance articles. Meantime, I hope you do not find me too boring.
Today, I will share five of my life passions. I should share more because I have a lot of passions. However, I will stick with the script.
Here is my top list of passions:
- I read romance stories constantly. On my phone and laptop, I have about eight thousand books. Ninety percent are romance stories.
- I have watched General Hospital since it first came on TV over fifty years ago, and it was black and white and only on for fifteen minutes a day.
- I love Christmas stories, so I am a big fan of Hallmark Channels. I have noticed that Lifetime Channel has shown more Christmas stories in the last two years.
- I am a huge fan of old westerns and old black-and-white movies. I like the stories and the cinematography.
- I will mention two passions here because I could not decide between the two. John Wayne is my favorite actor, and The Ten Commandments with Charlton Heston is my favorite movie.
There is more, but I am going to stop here. I did not mention the Bible because people who know me know how important the Word of God is in my life. I am grateful for God’s many blessings to my family and me. No, I am not talking about money. I’m speaking of health and what happens in our everyday life.
You know, I like this sharing of myself. I hope you do too. Until next time, stay safe, and keep the faith.

Tomorrow’s prompt:
When was the last time you did something you were afraid of?
