Why not have a memory-keeping journal? Use one of your notebooks to record special memories. You can start with current events and important things happening in your life, being sure to include dates, times, and details you want to remember. You can also use it to start compiling older memories you don’t want to forget.
Start thinking back to your childhood memories and write down each with as many details as possible. You can ask family or friends who were there or remember details you told them to ensure you get it right.
Keep adding to your memory journal every time something meaningful occurs in your life or anything you know you don’t want to forget. You can even add pictures to the memory journal!
